Chetna managed to screw up the simplest haircut of my teenager son because, apparently, working with the customer isn't important. She first cut it in 5 min and left pretty long hairs on top. On requesting a slight more cut on the top long hairs, She just went ahead and messed his hair badly. This was arrogant behavior. Did not check if He was satisfied, it seemed like she was angry asking her to cut more slightly. His hair is not blended from the side. Stray clumps of hair all over his head. I didn't think it was possible to screw up such a simple hair cut. Amazed at the lack of customer service and arrogance on a simple request. Avoid Chetna and go for other ladies in parlour .
Extremeley disappointed in this lack of common courtesy and professionalism. There's is a reason why the prices are cheaper. If you go there, ask for someone who cares about their customers.
Very nice barbers that do a fine job. Definitely worth it's money.
Horrible salon. Ruined my eyebrows. while haircut she pulled my hair so bad. After i mentioned that the owner got so angry showed me an attitude and didn't care at all. Don't even feel like giving one star. she is not gentle with kids as well.
I have been here a couple of times for hair oil massage, facial and eyebrow threading and i have never been disappointed so far. They do a great job, highly recommend them.

Did not check if I was satisfied, did not show me the back of my head, it seemed like she couldn't wait to get away. My hair is not blended from the side to the top, and looks like I have a toupee. Stray clumps of hair all over my head. I didn't think it was possible to screw up such a simple hair cut. Amazed at the lack of customer service and lack of attention to detail.
